My father, Roy Walter, established Mark TK Welding in 1972 with my brother, Roy "BUD" Walter, and myself, Scott Walter. We started working at the local strip mines with portable equipment and had a very small shop in Cadogan. After a few years Roy decided to establish his own business known as Walter Contracting. It is a successful home remodeling business.
In 1984 my father and I purchased some land right outside of Kittanning and built a shop. My father passed away before the relocation was complete and I continued the business on my own. Since the relocation, our business has grown with the industry around us. We support several local companies such as Allegheny Minerals, Bradigans Inc., Good Tire Service, Mark Ann Trucking, Rosebud Mining just to name a few.
We have many capabilities now and have an excellent workforce of capable individuals including my wife Denise, and my son Brad. We look forward to providing your needs.
Our staff members are highly skilled and have years of experience and certifications. But, their dedication to making sure your needs are met doesn't come from that, it comes from within. And it's embraced and appreciated by all of our staff.
